International buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes. We'll ship items in 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
We ship via USPS, K-packet (Korea post, EMS) UPS and DHL.

Buyers are responsible for paying import fees including duties and taxes. It usually as part of clearing their parcel through customs, or when they receive their item.
Kindly note that EU country import around 20% of VAT for each shipment.
International orders are not individually scanned until they reach the international carrier facility. UPS may not update your tracking for 1-2 weeks from shipment from our warehouse.
All international addresses must be written in the English alphabet to be processed and shipped. Neo Smartpen cannot take responsibility for lost packages due to an invalid address.
