How to Install the Neo Studio 2 App
Access
Go to Neo Studo 2 Web in your browser and log in.

Other browsers (Edge, Safari, etc.) are not supported.

Using the Writing Feature
Since automatic pen connection is not supported on the web, you need to connect manually.
1. Click the pen icon at the top left.
2. In the registration pop-up, click [Register] and turn on your pen
1. Chrome’s Bluetooth pairing window will appear. Select your pen and click [Pair].
Tip: Double-check the model name before pairing.
Once connected, you can start writing on your desired notebook page.
Syncing Your Writing Data
Auto Sync
Notes sync instantly in real time (same as mobile).
Offline Data Transfer
Offline notes are uploaded once the pen reconnects (same as mobile).
Features Not Supported in the Web Version
Connect this pen Only is not available on the Web version.
